Religion is much in the air these days. Current events such as the Terri Schiavo case and the death of Pope John Paul II have brought a focus on morality and religion. When Ashley Smith was taken hostage in Atlanta last month following the courthouse shooting, she mentioned Rick Warren's The Purpose-Driven Life, which shot back to the top of the bestseller lists.

In a similar way, the Left Behind series is getting a lot of exposure because of the new NBC miniseries, Revelations, which premiered Wednesday, April 13. In this week's article we look at early reaction to that program and the resulting attention given to the Left Behind series and authors Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins. We encourage your response.
