This is what Jerry had to say about the latest book in the Left Behind series, Armageddon:
leftbehind.com: Jerry, has writing Armageddon been any different from the other books?
Jerry: Each gets tougher, but this one came with such an air of expectancy because it's driving headlong toward the Glorious Appearing. I have the same feeling as many readers, eager to see how it all plays out.
leftbehind.com: Are the books getting easier or harder to write?
Jerry: There is a comfort zone of knowing where things are going and having characters in place, but the action gets more and more dramatic and is very challenging to describe.
leftbehind.com: Can we expect a major cliffhanger in Armageddon?
Jerry: Yes, I introduce a new character named Cliff Hanger. Just kidding. In truth, this one ends with the biggest cliff hanger of them all, even more than Assassins.
leftbehind.com: Are there any new characters that we will get to meet in Armageddon?
Jerry: Yes, a few. And they're fun.
leftbehind.com: What part of the end times timeline does Armageddon cover?
Jerry: It covers almost the entire 7th year of the Tribulation.
leftbehind.com: Your descriptions of Petra are so detailed in The Remnant, we were curious if you have had the opportunity to visit Petra?
Jerry: My plan to visit was squashed due to skirmishes in the region so I had to resort to guide books and videos, but many have said they felt as if they were there, so that was gratifying.
leftbehind.com: One final question Jerry, where will the battle of Armageddon take place?
Jerry: It really stretches from the Jezreel Valley in the northern part of the Holy Land all the way to Petra.
